How fleeting is the praise of men and popularity. How tragic is the progression of sin. 40 days is always a time of testing but we fail because we are an impatient people. As we are called to wait on God, any delay for us can create opportunities to disobey and then foolishly take matters into our own hands. Remember that God’s timing, not our timing, is always perfect.
God does not change His mind. He is always willing to show mercy and extend grace. We must not let our love and compassion for others grow cold. The heart of Moses is the love of God on display for us to learn as Moses prayerfully intercedes for his fellow brothers and sisters.

Exodus 29 Worship is..."a Position of Privilege"

This chapter is the pinnacle of the book of Exodus. Here are 4 key points:
God needs to wash us, baptize us, cleanse us as white as snow.
God needs to clothe us in righteousness.
God needs to anoint us.
God needs to consecrate us.
The wages of sin is death. Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin. Jesus is the lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. Christians, we have been born for this time, this season. Let us pick up our cross and follow Him tuning out the noise and distractions of this world.

Exodus 28 Worship is..."Clothed in Christ"

Clothes change the outside but not the inside. Only through a transformation, Philippians 1:6, can we be clothed in Jesus Christ. We have to be found in Him. Saved. Forgiven. Born again. Put yourself in service and God will direct you because God calls us. We are not self appointed.
In this transformational season we are in it is harder and that makes it more important. The Lord is our light and salvation so who shall we fear?
